Annmarie Fairweather, Chief People officer at Learning Ally is responsible for all of the company's People culture, Talent, and Culture methods. Annmarie's experience spans 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of leaders to achieve the business objectives, but particularly in the midst of rapid changes and expansion. She has served as a thought partner helping to integrate business and person strategies into enterprise-wide goals as well as strategic plans, through managing performance and organization as well as employee engagement and change management. Awed by leadership, she sees team building and learning as the key to competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's created and trained leaders who have proven their effectiveness and delivered results. The work she did helped create cultures within organizations which promote innovation and learning. Annmarie is inspired to give her talents as well as her time to assist in supporting Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she offers support to several non-profit organisations. This includes being an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women grow as leaders providing instruction to The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking and advocacy specifically to healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national dedicated to reversing the addiction issue in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
