Dennings was a lover of Nick Zano her "2 Broke Girls" co-star in between 2011 and 2014. She began dating Josh Groban after their breakup. The couple remained together up until 2016. Dennings first came across Andrew W.K., a musician during the first year of 2021. In May 2021, the pair confirmed that their friendship was beginning. Dennings has been a fan since the year 2014. Dennings admitted that although she was born Jewish and became a member within the Jewish community at a personal and ethnic basis, religion does not form a large aspect of her daily activities.
